There are many types of land you can choose from, but how to choose a land depends on what you want to achieve. Some lands better for mining TLM, and others better for mining NFTs. In this article, we take a look at every type of land in Alien Worlds.
What are Lands in Alien Worlds?
Before we get to the main subject, let’s know more about lands and how it works. Alien Worlds have 6 main planets, and every planet contains various types of land. Every land has 5 main properties:
- The Mining Power: It shows on the top left corner of the land card and determines the ratio of TLM you mine on the land. The final mining power calculate like this:
land mining power * sum of your tools mining power
- The NFT Chance: It shows on the bottom right corner of the land card and determines the Chance of NFTs for the land. The final NFT chance calculate like this:
land NFT chance * sum of your tools NFT chance
- The Proof of Work: It shows on the bottom left corner of the land card and determines how much mining difficulty will reduce. The final POW calculate like this:
land POW + sum of your tools POW
- The Charge Time: The Charge Time Multiplier is the ratio that your land adds to the charge time of your tools. It calculates like this:
charge time of the land multiplier * sum of the tools charge time
- The Commission: The amount you have to pay to the landowner every time you mine on their land. It goes from 0 to 25%
Other than these 5 factors, lands also have something called Land Rarity. These Rarities are:
- Common (Gray)
- Rare (Blue)
- Epic (Purple)
- Legendary (Yellow)
For now, land rarity doesn’t affect TLM or NFT mining. You can get Legendary NFTs on common lands as much as Legendary lands.
